Professional Experience: Werner, a German native with a Business Manager Degree (German Private School), has been a professional in the area of Sales and Marketing since 1986. Working as a sales manager & corporate buyer (head buyer) Werner immigrated to the US, Florida in 1997 and formed an import business before he decided to become a Realtor. For over 25 years Werner’s job was to put deals together. Werner also has great computer skills. Over 75 % of today’s buyers are using the internet to find their new home. Werner also uses the internet (online classes, researches etc.) to stay on top in today’s market. Using the internet and having certain computer skills is a must in today’s market with the ongoing changes in the foreclosure and short sale market.

Personal/Comments: Born near Aachen, Germany, Werner immigrated to the United States and Florida in 1997. He has been living in Jensen Beach & Port Saint Lucie ever since.
